A message dated March 7, 2000, was read stating the Governor is                
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

Requesting the governor to proclaim March 2000 as                             
Developmental Disability Awareness Month.
